The organic semiconductor device that a polymer layer that contacts the organic semiconductor is provided independently of a gate insulating film, and the polymer layer is a specified polymer such as a copolymer of methyl methacrylate and divinylbenzene, or a substance expressed by general formula (1) (wherein, R11 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, and R12 represents a naphthyl group which may have a substituent, a carbazoyl group which may have a substituent, or biphynyl group which may have a substituent. N represents a degree of polymerization).
