Abstract:
To provide an organic semiconductor ink that can achieve excellent photoelectric properties while using a solvent that is free from deleterious substances and halogens.SOLUTION: An organic semiconductor ink comprises: a p-type semiconductor compound, as a copolymer that comprises a repeat unit of a heterocyclic compound comprising a nitrogen atom and a repeat unit of a heterocyclic compound comprising a sulfur atom; an n-type semiconductor compound having an electron affinity of 3.5 eV or more; and an anisole derivative comprising a benzene ring with no direct bond with a halogen group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
