To provide a solvent-based thermoplastic elastomer composition which scarcely causes oil bleeding, has excellent mechanical strength, transparency, flexibility, resistance to heat distortion, and vibration absorption properties, and further has excellent sol-molding processability in bar coating, spray coating, dipping molding, etc.

An organic solvent-based solution of the thermoplastic elastomer composition contains (a) 1-25 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated and/or partially hydrogenated block copolymer mixture, (b) 1-30 pts.wt. of a softening agent for a non-aromatic rubber, and (c) 50-95 pts.wt. of an organic solvent, wherein the block copolymer mixture (a) contains (a-2) 70-1500 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated and/or partially hydrogenated block copolymer having a content of an aromatic vinyl compound of less than 40 wt% in (a-1) 100 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated and/or partially hydrogenated block copolymer having a content of the aromatic vinyl compound of 40-70 wt% and has a content of the aromatic vinyl compound of 15-50 wt% based on a total amount of the hydrogenated and/or partially hydrogenated block copolymers.
