Abstract:

According to the organic solvent concentrating apparatus and the method for determining deterioration of the organic solvent concentrating apparatus of the present invention, only by measuring the amount of organic matter accumulation by TG/DTA, a static adsorption rate can be predicted without performing a VOC static adsorption test, the method of determining the deterioration of the VOC concentrating rotor can be simplified, and the trouble and time of the investigation can be reduced. According to the present invention, 20 to 100 mm is taken out from the entire VOC adsorption honeycomb rotor in the thickness direction, or both ends or either end of the treatment inlet side and the treatment outlet side toward the center in the thickness direction of the VOC adsorption honeycomb rotor.
