Abstract:
To solve a problem where temp. control in a treating tank becomes unstable by influence of external air temp. by a simple constitution.
A bottom heater H1 and a top heater H2 each consisting of a face heater are attached on the outer face of a treating tank 1. The first temp. sensor 5 is fitted at a position in the neighborhood of a heater core line L on the surface of the base material S of the bottom heater H1 and the second temp. sensor 6 is fitted at a position separated from the heater core line L and passage of electric current through the bottom heater H1 is controlled based on detected temp. of the first and the second temp. sensors 5 and 6.
