Abstract:

To provide an organic vibration damping material which does not cause anxiety about the bleed-out of a plasticizer but has an excellent glass transition temperature (Tg) around room temperature.

A vibration damping agent comprising one or more compounds selected from p-(p-toluenesulfonyl amide)diphenylamine, 4,4'-bis(α,α-dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine, octylated diphenylamine, 2,2'-methylenebis(4-ethyl-6-tert-butylphenol) and 4,4'-thiobis(3-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol) is mixed in a matrix phase comprising the thermoplastic elastomer including a block copolymer of a block chain based on an acrylate unit with another block chain based on methacrylate unit.
