Title:
有機廃棄物の脱塩方法、バイオマスの製造方法、およびバイオマス燃料
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5617242
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
A method of desalting a high-water-content organic waste which comprises, e.g., livestock feces including livestock excrements such as pig dung, cow dung, or fowl droppings and which contains a large amount of water. Also provided are: a process for producing a biomass fuel; and a biomass fuel. A high-water-content organic waste discharged from an excretion source (1) is treated with desalting facilities (2) to give a dechlorinated organic waste having a chlorine concentration of 4,000 ppm or lower and a water content of 90 mass% or lower. Subsequently, a water content regulator is added to the waste in water-content regulation facilities (21) of biomass fuel production facilities (3) to regulate the water content to 70 mass% or lower. The dechlorinated organic waste is then fermented in a fermentation tank (22) and thermally dried with the heat of fermentation which generates in the course of this fermentation. Thus, a dried dechlorinated organic waste having a chlorine concentration of 4,000 ppm or lower and a water content of 40 mass% or lower is obtained.
