To provide an organic waste treatment apparatus of carbonizing, drying or biological type, enabling safely releasing blast impact pressure in an unusual case, owing to its simple construction.
The organic waste treatment apparatus 1 of carbonizing type comprises an organic material container 2, a carbonizing treatment chamber 3 functioning to house a container 2 and having a heating means to make a carbonizing treatment of organic materials 20 contained in the container 2 by the heating means, a combustion treatment chamber 4 functioning to combust gas generated in the carbonizing treatment chamber 3, and an exhaust treatment chamber 5 functioning to exhaust combusted gas after dilution and cooling. This apparatus 1 is also equipped with a safe burst plate 6 at the bottom of the carbonizing treatment chamber 3 so as to burst by unusual pressure in the carbonizing treatment chamber 3.
