A speed of materials sent on a separated transferring path in a shape of partial rows is reduced and the materials are piled with each other to form a multilayered materials flow, then transferred. The apparatus has stopping mechanisms 17 and 39; 22 and 41; 28 and 42 for partial rows 8, 9 and 11 and a transferring means 47 for a materials flow 50 formed from the partial rows piled with each other.
