Abstract:
To provide a new compound which can largely reduce the hysteresis loss of a rubber composition and can greatly improve the abrasion resistance, to provide a rubber composition containing the compound, to provide a tire using the rubber composition, and to provide a primer composition, a coating composition, and an adhesive composition, containing the compound.
The organosilicon compound includes a silicon atom bound to at least one substituent reacting with silica, and a sulfur atom bound to a substituent containing an electron-attractive group, in the molecule. The substituent reacting with silica may be a group containing an oxygen atom directly bound to the silicon atom.
