To provide a method to control orientation of an anisotropy filler to a desired direction in a molding containing the anisotropy filler and a thermoplastic polymer, and to provide the molding and its manufacturing method.
The orientation direction control method of the anisotropy filler includes: a first process to obtain mixture pellets wherein anisotropy fillers are currently dispersed to a phase including thermoplastic polymer while carrying out uniaxial orientation using melted kneading objects containing thermoplastic polymer (such as, ABS resin and diene system elastomer) and anisotropy fillers (carbon fiber etc.); and a second process to arrange mixture pellets in mold for molding, while making regular or irregular, the direction of uniaxial orientation of anisotropy filler contained in the mixture pellets, and to carry out molding by melting the thermoplastic polymer.
