PURPOSE: To make the matching of an original position at high precision possible by stopping the rotation of a main shaft at a signal from a basic rotary member, rotating each rotary member in a normal direction at low speed after the reversing of the rotary member with a correction means and stopping the correction means at a signal from a detector.
CONSTITUTION: A correction means 18 which corrects a relative rotary angle position and a relative rotary speed is provided between a rotating main shaft 16 for drive and each rotary member such as printing barrel or stitching barrel. In addition, a detector which detects an original position for rotary angle of each rotary member is provided. Under this design, the rotation of the main shaft 16 is stopped at a detection signal from a detector of a basic rotary member, and in this state, the basic rotary member and the afore-mentioned rotary member are reversed by each correction means 18. Then these members are turned in a normal direction at low speed and each correction means is stopped at a detection signal from each detector. Thus, it is made possible to match the original position of each rotary member at high precision.
