Abstract:
PURPOSE: To extrude an original sheet judged as unacceptable by inspection without labeling the unacceptable one.
CONSTITUTION: An original sheet is inspected by an inspection machine D, and an NG signal is produced when the sheet is unacceptable. Meanwhile, the original sheet is formed into a cylindrical sleeve by a forming machine S, the pattern printed on the cylinder is read to produce a pitch signal (p), and the cylinder is cut into discrete unit products. When the original sheet is judged as unacceptable by inspection, the timing of opening a discharge flap 5 is determined based on the pitch signal (p), and the flap 5 is opened.
