This method comprises an original image transmitting procedure s302 for transmitting the recorded information to be stored in a storage medium or recorded information image data generated from this recorded information to a printer device by a server; an original ID accepting procedure s303 for accepting the ID of a noncontact IC chip obtained by the reading operation to the storage medium by the printer device which receives an original image and outputs it to the storage medium; an original data registering procedure s309 for recording the recorded information image data in a database in conformation to the ID; a confirmed information accepting procedure s310 for accepting the ID obtained by the reading operation by the reader terminal to a confirmed storage medium from the reader terminal; and image transmitting procedures s315 and s315' for retrieving the corresponding recorded information image data on the basis of the ID as the confirmed information and transmitting it to an output terminal.
