To provide an orthodontic force adjustment system capable of giving orthodontic force in three-dimensional direction, eliminating replacement of an orthodontic appliance to shorten the treatment time, and changing the orthodontic force at any time according to the status of treatment and the position of a tooth.
An orthodontic force adjustment system includes: an orthodontic appliance 1, a wire 4 and a fastener 5. The orthodontic appliance 1 has a bracket 2 and an inner part 3. The bracket 2 having a slot 20 in the interior is installed on the surface of a tooth. The inner part 3 having a wire fixing groove 30 is inserted in the slot 20 along the surface of the tooth. The wire 4 is angled by the wire fixing groove 30, and fixed by the fastener 5. Angling causes the orthodontic force in the wire 4 corresponding to at least one of rotation, angulation and torque, and the orthodontic force is adjusted by putting back the inner part 3 to change an angling mode of the wire fixing groove 30.
