Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an orthogonal excitation laser oscillator in which an optical resonator having two optical bases and a supporting bar disposed in parallel do not receive a distortion force even when an oscillator housing is heat distorted.
SOLUTION: The orthogonal excitation laser oscillator comprises the oscillator housing 1, a pair of the optical bases 7, 9 connected in parallel with each other via the supporting bars 112 to 114 extended in an optical axis direction installed at both sides of the housing 1, and a pair of bellows 10, 11 for connecting the bases 7, 9 to the housing 1. The oscillator further comprises coupling members 12, 22 which can restrict a bending motion of X-axis, Z-axis and a rotating motion around a Y-axis with respect to a central positions of the bellows 10, 11 connected to the end side of the housing 1, at the central positions of the bellows 10, 11 connected to the bases 7, 9 sides when the optical direction is the Y-axis, a height direction perpendicular to the optical axis direction is the Z-axis, and the direction perpendicular to the Y-axis and the Z-axis is an X-axis, and which can move to bend the Y-axis direction and move to rotate around the X-axis and the Z-axis, provided between the end side of the housing 1 and the bases 7, 9.
