Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration power generation body which may be applied to installation sites in various forms, has a simple structure, and achieves excellent manufacturability and high reliability.SOLUTION: An electret dielectric 3 is joined to electrodes 11a, 11b through spacers 7. The spacers 7 are used for maintaining gaps between the electret dielectric 3 and the electrodes 11a, 11b. The electrodes 11a, 11b are respectively disposed on both surfaces of the electret dielectric 3 through the spacers 7 so as to face the electret dielectric 3. Each of the electrodes 11a, 11b has a double layer structure where a metal conductor layer 13 and a resin conductor layer 15 are laminated. The respective metal conductor layers 13 are disposed so as to face the electret dielectric 3.
