PURPOSE: To obtain a desired oscillation frequency output even when the fluctuation of an oscillating frequency due to the change in the dispersion in the manufacture or the environmental condition is in existence in the oscillation circuit and the phase locked loop circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A desired oscillation frequency output is obtained even when the fluctuation of an oscillating frequency due to the change in the dispersion in the manufacture or the environmental condition is in existence by providing an oscillation means 2 and a frequency divider means 3 frequency-dividing its output at a frequency division ratio set externally onto an integrated circuit 1 or providing a voltage controlled oscillator means 2 and a frequency divider means 3 frequency-dividing its output at a frequency division ratio set externally onto an integrated circuit 1 so as to form the phase locked loop circuit together with a phase comparator 7 and a loop filter 8.
