Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit that is small in size and low in power consumption.SOLUTION: A cathode of a Zener diode ZD is connected with a power supply VCC, and an anode is connected with the ground. A capacitance C is connected in parallel to the Zener diode ZD. A resistor R is connected in series to the Zener diode ZD and the capacitance R. An output terminal TOUT is connected with a node N1 between the Zener diode ZD and the resistor R. The Zener diode ZD yields when the cathode becomes a first voltage. A voltage at the cathode becomes a Zener voltage that is a second voltage smaller than the first voltage, after yielding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
