Abstract:

To provide an oscillation circuit with temperature characteristic correction function without using a memory for correcting an oscillation frequency or the like, and a manufacturing method for the oscillation circuit.

The oscillation circuit 10 with temperature characteristics correction function is provided with: a first oscillation circuit 21; a second oscillation circuit 22; and a correction circuit 50 for correcting the oscillation frequency which is generated by the first oscillation circuit 21 to an oscillation frequency close to an ideal oscillation frequency. The oscillation circuit 50 detects difference (f1-f2) between an oscillation frequency f1 of the first oscillation circuit 21 and an oscillation frequency f2 of the second oscillation circuit 22, multiplies the detected difference by a correction factor α (α(f1-f2)), adds the corrected difference to the oscillation frequency of the first oscillation circuit 21 (f1+α(f1-f2)), and outputs it.
