An oscillating shaft 22b mounted to a rear body frame 25 is supported by a tubular joint case 22a via a Neidhart mechanism 22c. The tubular joint case 22a is supported to be vertically oscillatable by a rear structure 13c of a front body frame via a vertical inclination shaft 24. The front body and the rear body are thereby vertically and horizontally oscillatable with each other. An electromagnet 22e1 of the electromagnetic brake 22e is attached to the tubular joint case 22a, and the energizing operation of the electromagnet 22e1 creates an attraction action on an electromagnetic brake plate 22e2 which is integral with the oscillating shaft 22b to lock the horizontal oscillation between the front body and the rear body.
