To provide an oscillation circuit which has high frequency stability, and is easily designed.
The oscillation circuit comprises: a first charge/discharge circuit having a first current source for supplying a current I in proportion to power supply voltage to a terminal of first capacity elements so as to charge; and a discharge means for discharging up to potential of a ground wiring; and a second charge/discharge circuit having a second current source for supplying a -I current to the terminal of second capacity elements so as to discharge; and a charge means for charging up to the potential of a power wiring. When the voltage of the terminal of the first capacity elements reaches the threshold voltage, the charge by the first current source is stopped so as to start the discharge by the discharge means, as well as to start the discharge of the second capacity elements by the second current source. When the voltage of the terminal of the second capacity elements reaches the threshold voltage, the discharge by the second current source is stopped so as to start the charge by the charge means, as well as to start the charge of the first capacity elements by the first current source.
