Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the adjustment of an output circuit for fetching the output of a multiple wave by making an oscillator to be the constitution that the output terminal of a transistor and the cutoff waveguide of frequency f0 are coupled with the aid of using a bias supply line supplying bias voltage to the transistor. CONSTITUTION:The oscillator is constituted with a dielectric resonator 1 having the oscillation frequency f0 or the resonance frequency of near f0 and the transmission line 2 which is magnetic-field-coupled to that resonator 1 and of which one end is connected to the transistor 3 and of which the other end is connected to a terminal resistance 5. Then, the multiple wave of frequency 2f0 outputted by the output terminal of the transistor 3 is fetched from the cutoff waveguide 6 of frequency f0 coupled by using the bias supply line 7 supplying the bias voltage to the transistor 3. Thus, a band-pass filter is made to be unnecessary and the filter adjustment is made to be unnecessary. Besides, as the wave of f0 is cut by the waveguide 6, the D/U of the multiple wave is improved.
