Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration which allows for easy implementation of modern control, while preventing mixture of noise, in a control section for controlling the temperature of an oscillator with a constant temperature oven.SOLUTION: An oscillator 23 with a constant temperature oven includes a voltage-controlled oscillator 30, a temperature sensor 51, a heater 57, and a control section 54. The voltage-controlled oscillator 30 is placed in the constant temperature oven, and generates a signal of a predetermined frequency. The temperature sensor 51 acquires the temperature of the constant temperature oven, or a value related thereto. The heater 57 heats the inside of the constant temperature oven. The control section 54 is constituted of a digital circuit, and generates a heating control signal for controlling the heater 57, based on the temperature acquired by the temperature sensor 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
