Abstract:
To provide an osteoarthritis marker, and an effective osteoarthritis diagnosis method.
In a test method for diagnosis of osteoarthritis of a subject, the amount of one or more peptides selected from a group of peptides comprising each amino acid sequence indicated in sequence numbers 1-4 in a living body sample collected from the subject is measured (preferably measured by mass analysis or through the use of an antibody which specifically recognizes the peptide).
