This ostomy pouch has a first bag with a first opening 3 formed on one of its surfaces to accept excretions, and a first ring-shaped flange concentrically connected around the first opening 3 of the first bag. The first bag consists of a water disintegrating sheet provided with an inner waterproof layer 17 and lined with a water disintegrating base material 18. The first ring-shaped flange consists of a water disintegrating sheet having a waterproof layer 19 on its surface opposite to the one connected with the first bag and lined with a water disintegrating base material 20. A waterproof barrier 26 is provided along the inner peripheral surfaces of the first opening and the first ring-shaped flange to cover the water disintegrating base material.
