Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve safety by heat resistant protection of a humidifier by providing an opening and closing plate for making air between a heater and a humidifier communicate with outside or shutting the communication.
CONSTITUTION: In the case that an outdoor air treating device 13 stops abnormally because, for example, power supply is stopped, as the power supply to a solenoid is also stopped, an opening and closing plate 15 is opened by a restoring force of a spring 20. Also, in such an abnormal operation that only a heater 5 is supplied continuously with power, while an overheat protecting device of the heater 5 and a fan are in trouble, the opening and closing plate 15 operates to open an opening 14 formed in a top plate 12. Thus, remaining heat of the heater 5 or heat generated by the heater 5 during the abnormal operation is released outside through the opened opening. By this, the humidifier 6 using a lot of resinous members can be protected in heat-resisting state, and therefore, smoke generation and firing can be prevented and safety can be improved.
