To provide an outdoor apparatus of an air conditioner wherein a plurality of air fans are provided, and a common fan motor is used for constructing the air fan to reduce the cost, and identification of any fan motor upon maintenance and inspection is facilitated to improve workability.
An outdoor machine body 1 is divided therein with a partition plate 3, a one space of which is constructed as a heat exchange chamber 4 where an outdoor heat exchanger 8 and two air fans 10a, 10b are disposed and the other space of which is constructed as a machine chamber 5 where a compressor 13 and an electric parts box 16 are disposed. The air fan is constructed by mounting air fans 12a, 12b on the fan motors 11a, 11b, and upper and lower side lead wire extension sections 22a, 22b are provided on the partition plate. Further, lead wires 20a, 20b derived respectively from the fan motors of the air fans are led to the machine chamber through separate lead wire extension sections and are connected with the electric parts box.
