Abstract:
To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner which reduces draft resistance against upward airflow to improve ventilation efficiency.SOLUTION: An outdoor unit of an air conditioner includes: a propeller fan 21 to which vanes 24 are attached; and a cylindrical bell-mouth having an air outlet at an upper part and having an air inlet at a lower part. The bell-mouth has: a cylindrical duct part 35 which encloses the propeller fan 21; and a bell part 43 in which an inner peripheral diameter expands from a lower end 46 of the duct part 35 to the lower side in an axial direction of a rotation axis. In the axial direction of the rotation axis, a lowermost end part 28 of the vane and a lower end 46 of the duct part 35 are at the same height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
