Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device capable of accurately measuring a work-piece diameter during processing when processing a work-piece such as a crankpin that performs an eccentric motion.SOLUTION: A pin diameter measurement device 10 is used for a grinding device 80 for grinding a work-piece 55 that performs a turning motion of only revolution without performing rotation. During processing or during stop, an outer diameter of the work-piece 55 is measured. The pin diameter measurement device comprises: a digital sensor 20 including a contact 21 that is abutted to the work-piece 55, in a distal end portion; a V base 19 in which a through-hole housing the digital sensor 20 therein is formed in a central part and extends in a length direction; and three hold members 41 and 42 which are disposed substantially in a V shape at a distal end side of the V base 19 and at both sides of the contact 21. Regarding the three hold members 41 and 42, two hold members are disposed at one side of the V shape and one hold member is disposed at the other side. The two hold members that are disposed at the one side are positioned while interposing the contact 21 therebetween in an axial direction of the work-piece 55.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
