To make handling of an opening part member convenient without interference with the other opening part member of a curtain or the like by forming the winding type housing box of the roll curtain in a gap between the exterior material and interior material of an outer wall.
The winding type housing box 3 of a roll curtain 2 shielding the indoor side of an opening part 1 is formed on the upper part of the opening part 1. The housing box 3 winds a roll curtain 2 around a horizontal shaft formed of iron, aluminum, plastic or the like to house. The housing box 3 is formed in a gap between the exterior plate 5 of an outer wall and an interior substrate plate 6. A wall panel incorporating the housing box 3 is previously made on the upper part of the opening part 1, fixed on a structural body in a construction jobsite, and the outer wall is preferably composed. Thereby interference with the other opening part member of the curtain or the like is eliminated, and handling of the opening part member can be made convenient.
