To provide an outlet adapter that is mounted to a DC outlet, having a shape not allowing reversal of the connection polarity, so as to reverse the polarity of an input power supply of DC equipment.
The outlet adapter 1 is provided with an outlet connection face, which has a pair of outlet connection plug blades 7a, 7b connected to a pair of connection ports 2a, 2b of a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a DC outlet 131 so as not to allow reversal of the connection polarity, an equipment connection face 8, which has a pair of equipment connection ports 8a, 8b connected to a pair of DC input plug blades 4a, 4b provided to DC equipment 102, and each connection member that connects between each outlet connection plug blade 7a, 7b and each equipment connection port 8a, 8b respectively having the same polarity. The position and shape of each equipment connection port 8a, 8b is set so as to coincide with the position and shape of each of the other equipment connection ports 8a, 8b before rotation when the equipment connection face 8 is rotated by 180 degrees, centering around the center axis passing an intermediate point M between both equipment connection ports 8a, 8b and orthogonal to the equipment connection face 8.
