Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the management of arrangement, editing, etc., of recorded image data by executing hierarchical management and an editing processing by an operation system based on classifying information.
CONSTITUTION: Data recorded in a memory card is subjected to editing processing as an image file, for instance, by a format such as MSDOS, and recorded in a recording medium such as magneto-optical data. That is, as for file information recorded in a root directory, effective length of a code is detected, based on each code of H31202, A1, A2 and A3 of double management information, the information is recognized by dividing it into a file name and a serial number, and file data is classified, and thereafter, recorded. At the time of editing, grouping and re-editing are executed, based on the recognized information, and each item is classified into sub-directories, recorded again in order therein, and re-recorded in order of the serial number of the same date (H31202) and every event (A01, A02, A03).
