PURPOSE: To prevent the nonlinear distortions caused by the unbalance of an output current by using the 1st constant current source which flows a current to an output circuit and the 2nd constant current source which draws in the current.
CONSTITUTION: An output circuit 3 is driven the 1st constant current source 61 which flows a current and the 2nd constant current source which draws in the current. The gates 31a and 32a of the output circuit consisting of a Pch transistor TR31 and an Nch TR32 receive the input of signals. While the drain 31b (power supply terminal) of the TR31 is connected to the source 61 to receive the supply of the power. At the same time, the source 32b (substrate terminal) of the TR 32 is connected to a substrate via the source 62. Then it is possible to obtain easily the coincidence between the current I1 flowing to a filter 4 (load) from the power supply via the source 61 and the TR31 and the current I2 flowing to the substrate from the filter 4 via the TR32 and the source 62.
