To provide an output circuit which is easily circuit-designed and manufactured and outputs the signals of an amplitude exceeding a breakdown voltage between the gate and source of a transistor constituting the circuit without using the capacitor of a high breakdown voltage.
The output circuit includes an output part 11 and a pre-drive part 12 for driving the output part 11 on the basis of input signals. The pre-drive part 12 is connected between the gate terminal of a first output transistor MO1 and the gate terminal of a second output transistor MO2 and includes a clamp part 13 for limiting the potential of the gate terminal of the first output transistor MO1 to a first potential or lower and limiting the potential of the gate terminal of the second output transistor MO2 to a second potential or higher.
