Title:
OUTPUT ELECTRON TUBE COOLED BY CIRCULATION OF FLUID
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01264139
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stabilize temperature of a connection part of an anode at an allowable level by detouring all or a part of the fluid for cooling anode in a connection part of an anode, especially a ceramic or metal seal area, so as to circulate the fluid. CONSTITUTION: A base 40 of an outside jacket 36 of a cooling unit is fixed to a top surface of a flange 55 by a screw 43 or a seal 44 so as to prevent the pollution of water and air. The flange 55 is fixed to a jacket 36 outside of the cooling unit at the outer periphery, and on the other hand, the inner periphery is brazed to an anode 15. The cold water is circulated inside of a chamber 52 through a hole crossing the flange 55. Namely, a hole 53 is positioned in the flange 55 between an outside jacket 36 and an inside jacket 37 so as to work as an inlet, and a hole 54 is positioned in the flange 55 between the inside jacket 37 and the anode 15 so as to work as an outlet. Generation of breakdown of a connection part of the anode is thereby prevented, and temperature of the connection part of the anode is stabilized within an allowable range.
