Abstract:

To provide an outrigger device capable of determining whether or not an obstacle, which may hinder the overhanging of an inner beam, exists before starting the overhanging of the inner beam.SOLUTION: A controller of a crane vehicle determines a position of an inner beam based on an outrigger sensor signal output by an outrigger sensor (S12) and determines a detection area based on the determined position of the inner beam (S13). The controller detects an obstacle based on detection information that is image data and distance data input from a detection device. The controller extends an outrigger cylinder to start the slide of the inner beam based on the determination that there is no obstacle in the detection area (S24:No).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
