Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside handle device of an automobile tailgate attractively securing the appearance of the tail gate without being exposed to the outside of the tailgate, formed by a simple structure, and having high reliability of operation.
SOLUTION: This outside handle device comprises: an outside upper panel; an outside lower panel positioned on the lower side of the outside upper panel; a bracket mounting part projected upward while forming the inside and gap of the outside upper panel on the upper side of the outside lower panel; a handle bracket mounted at the bracket mounting part, filling a horizontal gap between the outside lower panel and the outside upper panel, and having the lower end positioned on the upper side of the lower end of the outside upper panel; and a link device for transmitting the rotating motion of a handle and a hinge having the lower ends positioned on the upper side of the lower end of the lower end of the outside upper panel to a tailgate latch.
