PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside operation handle device with improved safety.
SOLUTION: This device is constituted by housing a circuit breaker in a box 1 and inserting an outside operational handle 10 installed in the box through a cover 2 in a manner that a latch plate in the inside of the box 1 is made to be engaged with an engagement part of a frame member 4 installed in the cover 2 to lock the cover 2 when the outside operation handle 10 is positioned at ON or OFF position of the circuit breaker and as to a releasing member is made possible to be operated from the outer face of the cover 2 to release the latch plate from the engagement part to open the cover. In this case, a release member operation regulating part 16a is installed in the outside operation handle 10, so that the releasing member is clogged at a position corresponding to the ON state of the circuit breaker 3 and at the same time the releasing member is prevented from being clogged at a position corresponding to the OFF state of the circuit breaker 3.
