PURPOSE: To panelize thermal insulating materials arranged to the outside of a skeleton of a roof, reduce work process in a construction site, make it possible to reduce a construction period and to ensure stabilized production quality in outside heat insulation of a house capable of easily ensuring heat insulating and air-tight functions.
CONSTITUTION: Outside thermal insulating construction of a housing roof is so formed that roof outside thermal insulating panels P are arranged to the outside of a skeleton of the housing roof R, and the roof outside thermal insulating panels P are so constituted that a plurality of projections are provided one surface side of a thermal insulating material 1, an external facing material substrate 2 is stucked thereon and that a wooden substrate 3 is stuck on the other surface. An air-tight material 4 is stuck on the surface of the skeleton connecting the end faces of the roof outside thermal insulating panels P to each other, an aluminum vapor deposition tape 5 is stuck on a panel joint part at right angles to the skeleton on the wooden substrate 3 side of the roof outside thermal insulating panel P, and screws 6 are driven in the roof outside thermal insulating panels P are spread all over the skeleton from the lower side thereof so that they can be fixed.
