Abstract:
To provide an oven capable of heating from a lower portion, and less producing uneven baking.
An oven 1 includes a shelf provided in a heating chamber 7, a heater 35 provided on the shelf, and a fan 41 for circulating air in the heating chamber. In the state where the heater 35 is operated, there are properly selected the state where the fan 41 is operated and the fan 41 is interrupted.
