Abstract:

To prevent washing water from being uselessly drained outside when washing is interrupted during washing work.

An on-off valve is made such that a float 37 is provided in a float chamber 33 mounted on the upper part of a float pipe 31 which is long upward and downward, the float 37 is floated by buoyancy during a suitable overflow position H where washing water flows in from an overflow port 45, a drainage passage port 35 connecting the float chamber 33 and the float pipe 31 is opened by a rise of the float 37, on the other hand, when the water level exceeds the overflow port 45 and is at an excess overflow position H1 with the whole float in the float chamber 33 sunk below the water level, the float 37 falls by a pressure difference V1>V2 between the upper part and the lower part of the float, and the drainage passage port 35 is closed by a fall of the float 37.
