Abstract:
PURPOSE:To cause a liquid in a tank to flow out in four directions even by means of the slight inclination of the tank by installing a groove having high and low steps different in a depth at the upper part of the overflow tank and permitting the liquid in the tank to overflow from the deep part of the groove. CONSTITUTION:The groove having the high and low steps different in the depth is installed at the upper part of the overflow tank 1. Namely, a deep groove 3 and a shallow groove 4 are installed. Even if the tank 1 tilts by an angle 5, the liquid in the tank can be permitted to flow in four directions by installing the groove 3 although the groove 4 is in a position higher than the water surface 6 and the groove 3 is in the position lower than the water surface 6. Since a much flow rate is required for permitting the liquid in the tank 1 to flow out in four directions when the tank 1 tilts if all the grooves are set deep compared to a time when there is less grooves, the grooves are set to be those of the higher and lower steps by reducing the deep grooves. Thus, the liquid in the tank 1 can be permitted to flow in four directions, and floating particles can be controlled to be less.
