Abstract:
To provide a novel overhead crane capable of preventing the lift of wheels from rails caused by the vertical shake of an overhead crane girder in case of vertical earthquake motion.
In this overhead crane formed by laying the girder 2 provided with a trolley 5, in a travelable manner between the rails 1, 1 fixed to the ceiling, the traveling wheel 3 of the girder 2 is provided with caterpillars 13 formed of a magnet body to travel while being attracted to the rail 1.
