Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent burdens from being put on a driving motor by automatically stopping the rotation of the driving motor in the case that the output shaft of a driving device is forcibly stopped.
SOLUTION: In this overload stopping mechanism 160, when the driving motor 161 is driven, the rotation of a drive gear 169 is transmitted to a driven gear 183 directly or through plural gears and the output shaft 185 is rotated through an intermediate gear 187, an input gear 199, an output gear 201 and the driven gear 203 further. When the output shaft 185 is forcibly stopped while driving the driving motor 161, the driven gear 203 is not rotated either. Since the output gear 201 continues rotation, it is moved while being engaged with the driven gear 203. As a result, a swinging member 189 attached to the output gear 201 is swung with the output shaft 185 as a center, operation members 195 and 196 provided on one side operate a stop switch 211 and the drive of the driving motor 161 is stopped.
