PURPOSE: To fix an on-table device easily onto a table by providing a base, a plurality of suction cups mounted on the lower face of a panel and sucked to the table to fix the base, and a fastening means mounted on the panel so as to fix the on-table device to the base.

CONSTITUTION: Rubber legs 51 for supporting a base 4, and suction cups 52 for fixing the base 4 to a table are mounted on the lower face of a panel 42. The rubber legs 51 screwed into thread holes in the panel 42 are rotated to optionally adjust the height from the lower face of the panel 42. A fastening means is provided with at least a pair of belts 7 piercing a plurality of slits 44 provided at the side faces of the panel 42, and a plurality of fixing members 8 mounted in a groove 45 provided on the upper face of the panel 42 and extended in an orthogonal direction to supporting shafts 41. A plurality of fixing members 8 can be moved along the groove 45 by loosening screws 81 and can be fixed in optional positions by fastening the screws 81.
