Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overturn prevention device in which a ceiling side base can be attached without forcing minute adjustment of an orientation.SOLUTION: An overturn prevention device 1 comprises: a damper 10; an object side base part 30A which is coupled to a lower end of the damper 10, and which is brought into contact with an upper face of an object (furniture F) and is attached; and a ceiling side base part 30B which is coupled to an upper end of the damper 10 and brought into contact with a ceiling C and is attached. The ceiling side base part 30B is configured so that, a shape of an outer edge part of a contact face 137A contacting the ceiling C is a rotation symmetry pattern of n number symmetry, in which n is a natural number of 3 or larger. A connection part 40B between the damper 10 and the ceiling side base part 30B is provided on a virtual line L1 passing a center of the contact face 137A and orthogonal to the contact face 137A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
