Abstract:
To provide an owner change detection system and owner change detection method that can grasp a change of an owner of a vehicle even if a customer does not visit a store.SOLUTION: In an owner change detection system 1, a control processor 100 comprises: an engine oil remaining degree acquisition section 101 that grasps a wear state of a consumable provided in a moving body; a position acquisition section 102 that acquires a travel position state by turning on or off the ignition of the moving body; an oil replacement detection section 112 that detects replacement of consumables of the moving body;and a data reception section 105 that receives data from the engine oil remaining degree acquisition section 101 and data from the position acquisition section 102. The data reception section 105 includes an owner change determination section 113 that compares the wear state of a consumable and the position of the moving body at previous consumables replacement with the wear state of the consumable and the position of the moving body at current consumables replacement to determine whether or not an owner of the moving body has changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
