Abstract:

To provide a compound that has an amyloid β protein production inhibitory action and especially a β cretase (BACE1) antagonism, and that is useful for a medical treatment or a preventive to a disease induced by production, excretion and/or deposit of the amyloid β protein.

A compound that is represented by the formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is disclosed. In the formula, R¹ and R² are an alkyl group or the like; R³ and R⁴ are a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or the like; a ring A is a benzene ring or a 5-member heteroaromatic ring; and a ring B is a pyridine ring or the like.
