Title:
OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTING WIRE MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012209189
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide an oxide superconducting wire material which can suppress permeation of moisture into an oxide superconducting layer without increasing the whole thickness of the wire material more than required, and provide a method for manufacturing the same.
An oxide superconducting wire material 10 of the present invention includes a superconducting laminate body 5 which is formed of a substrate 1, an intermediate layer 2, an oxide superconducting layer 3, and a silver layer 7 that are laminated in this order, and is folded into two through a groove processed portion 11 that reaches the substrate 1 from the silver layer 7, so as to sandwich a solder layer 12.
